Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse or farm. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. To cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately via phone (89455 61152) or email (maabomultiservices@gmail.com)
  • Provide your order number and registered contact details
  • Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 business hours
  • If payment was made online, the refund will be initiated immediately

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds:

Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Products received in damaged, rotten, or spoiled condition
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what you ordered)
  • Expired or near-expiry packaged products
  • Missing items from your order
  • Significantly lower quality than displayed on the website

Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Natural variations in size, color, or shape of fresh produce
  • Products used or consumed partially

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone (89455 61152) or email (maabomultiservices@gmail.com)
  2. Provide clear photographs of the product showing the issue/damage
  3. Mention your order number and details of the product
  4. Our customer service team will review and respond within 3-6 hours
  5. If approved, refund or replacement will be processed immediately

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Online Payment (UPI/Card/Net Banking via Razorpay): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Refund amount will be transferred to your bank account or UPI ID (as provided) within 3-5 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is initiated
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

5. Replacement Policy

In case of product quality issues, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement will be provided based on product availability
  • Replacement delivery will be scheduled at the earliest (within 1-2 days)
  • No additional delivery charges for replacement orders

6. Payment Gateway Information

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway for all online transactions. Razorpay is a PCI-DSS compliant payment solution that ensures your payment information is handled securely. All refunds are processed through Razorpay and will reflect in your account according to your bank's processing timeline.
